A sliding doors moment in early 2016 resulted in birth of NomadUK. 

One of our Senior Business Partners was on a flight from Germany whilst commuting for work purposes and got talking to the owner of a successful business. The business owner explained how he had some problems that he needed to handle but did not have the resources within his business, had poor past experience with "Consultants"  and could not justify the cost of having senior HR & EHS professionals on the books. Our Senior Business Partner gave some free advice as he just likes to help, this resulted in a request to help further and then this business became our first customer on a retained basis.

What did we learn from that sliding doors moment?  The customer wants the service of an employee but without the high costs, they want a partner not a consultant, they want a personal touch at a fixed cost to help with budgeting but most of all they want a professional, reliable and trustworthy service with a smile. We've proud of our growth but we're also conscious that we don't want to get too big, our focus is still the personal and bespoke service that started the business on that flight from Germany.

Today we have a small team of hardworking, passionate Business Partners all focused on one key aim - Customer Service! This amazing team has broad experience in areas such as Commercial, Retail, Admin, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Professional Services, Haulage, Pub/Hotel, Catering and they're learning new industries every week.
